The BVCA Management Team Awards, produced in association with Grant Thornton UK LLP, were the annual showcase for the best businesses in the UK backed by private equity and venture capital.
Each year, 100s of companies competed across the country for the opportunity to be named as one of the UK’s most outstanding teams, demonstrating the real impact our members have on the national economy and society at large.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Management Team Awards were briefly replaced with a new initiative titled 'Adapting with Purpose' to tell the stories of how companies backed by private equity and venture capital have navigated the economic and social challenges created by the coronavirus and highlighted the vital work being undertaken to support communities and keyworkers across the country.
These awards have now been replaced by the Vision: Leaders Driving Growth awards.
