The Cloud Technology Solutions (CTS) Group help customers adopt advanced digital business models and benefit from reduced costs with improved data analytics and efficient productivity suite management.

NorthEdge assisted the CTS Group in achieving B Corporation status in 2023, joining an advancing group of companies that are reinventing business by pursuing purpose, as well as profit. The certification formed a key part of CTS’ value creation plan, not only to highlight the businesses’ commitment to company culture, but to also drive sustainable growth and continuous improvement.

CTS has introduced several initiatives including a fully flexible working culture, enhanced parental leave and provided mental health support services for colleagues, and as a result, placed 28th in Flexa Career’s Top 100 most flexible companies worldwide, in 2023. The business also set up ‘Elevate’, a leadership development programme, for which NorthEdge ran a session on Value Creation to support in creating internal business plans for presentation to the Board.

Working groups and partnerships have also been formed to engage in DEI, Charity & Culture, and Environmental topics within the business and the sector. This includes ‘Sustainability Hero’ workshops, which explore how technology can be used to help organisations’ reach their sustainability goals.
