Forum Members
The forum comprises of senior professionals from firms with a range of alternative lending strategies that are aligned with the private equity and venture capital industry's emphasis on business growth.
These strategies include the provision of mezzanine finance, direct lending, unitranche finance, collateralized loan obligations and venture debt. The members work with the BVCA to raise awareness of alternative lending among a wide range of stakeholders by engaging with the BVCA’s technical, policy, research, events, training and communications departments.
The BVCA Governance Handbook provides directors, members and employees of the BVCA with a summary of our governance structure. This includes information on how our Council, Committees and Advisory Groups are constituted and is supplementary to the Articles of Association.
