Objectives
The group assists the BVCA in being able to provide practical advice to its members to help them incorporate ESG considerations into their business decisions.
The Group comprises of investors, intermediaries and sustainability/responsible investment practitioners recognised for their excellence, experience, insight and ability to provide strategic guidance to the BVCA.
The BVCA Governance Handbook provides directors, members and employees of the BVCA with a summary of our governance structure. This includes information on how our Council, Committees and Advisory Groups are constituted and is supplementary to the Articles of Association.
